A: Partners in office will collect payment for the fees automatically via ACH. Fees are exclusive of taxes. This process allows us to continuously provide our services without interruption.

Q: How do I know my information is protected?

A: Your data is important to us and we protect it with multiple layers of security such as multi-factor authentication which adds an additional layer of security by checking if it’s really you.  Xero software encrypts your business information online.  Your personal information stays private, and only use it for agreed purposes.

Q: How do I give you my receipts on the road?

A: Great question! You will have a dedicated email address that you can save and send us your information automatically, whenever you want.

Q: How long does the incorporation process take?

A: Processing times vary from state to state. We email you with a tracker so you always know where you are in the process.

Q: What are business alerts?

A: We are all so busy and need reminders when important things are due, like your 6^th grade science project!  So you have the option to sign up for email or text alerts that will Remind you of things like when your quarterly taxes are due or your insurance is coming up for renewal.

Q: How do I cancel the bookkeeping service?

A: A 30-day written notice to terminate is requested. No refund is due to you and your data is retained in case you need it as part of our retention obligations.
